When I called to inquire about a storage unit, I was informed that nothing was available, which I completely understood. However, when I proceeded to ask a question, I was abruptly disconnected. Their customer service skills were lacking.

Needed a place to store with quick move out in March. Easy to set up and clean unit. Mailed me monthly invoices and easy to pay. Made arrangements to move stuff out and easy and safe process to drop off key.
