I have nothing but good things to say! This past weekend I got my makeup done by Sierra for my wedding and she nailed it. She included me during the whole process and was very well educated. Don’t be hesitant to book her for your next makeup appointment!

Very helpful people that work there! You should download Yukka it will tell you what is the better product. It's a great app! And that is a wonderful store especially if you have the app to find out what it has in the product and then they give you a suggested that would be better for you. Their scale goes from 0 to 100 and I bought things that were zero that I thought they had a good brand name but that doesn't matter it's what they're putting in it is terrible. Get the app it opens everyone's eyes to what products are harmful to us. Enough said the people there were really helpful! I really like that place!

I was extremely disappointed with my ulta experience here. They were out of an item so they ordered it for me in store, however they typed in my address wrong, didn’t ask me if it was correct before submitting it and before applying my payment. I understand mistakes happen, but they made no effort on their part to fix this. I had to call ulta corporate on my own and then my bank after the fact and fix their mistake. I walked out of their in tears and they had no compassion or sensitivity for an issue that arose because of them, and made no effort in trying to correct it. I felt screwed over and very alone. They weren’t even apologetic. Now I have two holds on my card because I had to cancel my order that they put in the wrong address on. Extremely unprofessional and disppointing for a store I used to love so much. I will likely not be shopping here in the future. Again I understand mistakes happen, but there was no sympathy on their part regarding my situation after this was completely caused by them. This was even after speaking to the manager and she still didn’t seem eager to fix their mistake or try to find another solution. She saw I had tears in my eyes and still no compassion or sympathy from any of them.

I go here regularly and it's always a good experience. I'm very excited because they recently added a large selection of products from the ordinary, some of which don't show as available on the website. Kaleena at the brow bar is amazing.

Terrible brow service left me looking like a child smeared mud across my forehead. Will never go here again and advise my friends to pass and use several other better (and less expensive) providers in town.
A brow tint should be applied with a brow shape, not a Simba thumb smear I’m not the lion king.

I booked a hair and makeup appointment well over a month in advance. Two days before my appointment I got a call from the girl saying she didn’t see the appointment and would be out of town. She did not recommend anyone else at Ulta to do it but canceled my appointment. I now have no where to go because places are already booked out. I find it extremely unprofessional that you do not look ahead of schedule to see what you have going on.

Whether I am in person or over the phone the employees are always willing to help and are super nice doing it! Especially today Emily C, Shaylin M, and Makayla K all worked together to help solve my ridiculous technology and rewards issues!

Always helpful staff. Only reason for 4 stars is I have to run in quick as the perfume smell gives me an instant headache limiting my shopping time in all Ulta's.
