The automated system did not have any options for my specific question, it talked me in circles and I tried with it four times. Now I have to make my way up there to ask one stinking question.

Awesome service every time, but having the hours only be from 9-5 makes it hard for anyone with a 9-5 to sent packages.... Thats why it gets 4 stars IMO. There are no other issues in my opinion. And to anyone saying that USPS is the worst, have you ever used FedEx? Lol
