They have not delivered my mail for over 2 MONTHS and have never once been contacted and told they were holding my mail. Tried calling them and was put on an infinite hold loop with a horrible robot answering system.

If only this location had a self-service kiosk! I'd much rather mail my own stuff than have to deal with rude workers.

Got charged almost $6 more in postage for an “envelope” (an item that cost $3) from a shop that had printed a label accordingly for my address and it’s weight. They said since the label had tracking it could only be used for a “package”, and the item I ordered was too thin and so technically an “envelope”. The employee explained that if the shop had simply but a SINGLE packing peanut in the “envelope”, it would’ve been the original postage (since the weight wouldn’t have changed). So, I would have been charged LESS for a item that was bulkier, and the employee got rude at me asking her to confirm that. I didn’t ask for a refund or make a scene, I simply wanted to confirm the hole in the logic there, how that seemed a little ridiculous. Like at some point these nit-picks stop making sense, and I understand USPS is not doing great money-wise, but maybe reevaluate these minor things (and the employees that dig it in), that make people not want to use your services.

Endless problems. Just today another package didnt get delivered because our delivery person can’t bother to check our businesses front door. Its mindblowing that they are allowed to mess with peoples mail as much as they do.

I have shipped over 1,000 parcels from this location without any issues. If you have an issue, please be patient and wait in line.

Very friendly staff and usually the lines move fast. My biggest problem is they don't stay open past 5 any days of the week. 9-5 every day makes it hard for working people to use these services.

I been living in the same place for 4 year. Our mail carrier I believe needs glass. Always putting others mail in other boxes or leaving the thing wide open. I ordered a sweater. I have tracking #. Said delivered. No sweater.
