I had 2 great experiences at verizon this week. Both of those happened because of Alex at the Marquette store. He is very friendly and personable. I would deffinently recommend anyone to make an appointment with him for any phone needs.

Pretty upset and feel deceived. We had great, friendly service from Randi, so that was good. Please be aware, though, that if you go into the physical store location, they charge you EXTRA for setting up a new device! I was disappointed to come home and look through my bill of sale to find FIVE charges for "Team Total Service" in the amount of $19.99 each. I called to clarify what this charge is for, and I was told that they charge that fee for each new device that is set up in the physical store location. This was NEVER told to me in the store, nor was it posted anywhere. If I had simply called into the regular corporate Verizon number or upgraded our phones online, this is not something I would be charged. So basically, for going in and having a service representative upgrade our devices for us, I was charged nearly $100. This is a really disappointing, seemingly shady business practice. After this, I won't be doing business there anymore, but will always just call or go online for changes to my account. Pretty upset.

I had a weird situation with my service due to just moving back from Alaska and Jonathan was knowledgeable and very transparent about the best way to proceed! He was polite and easy to work with even considering how frustrating it was to get my account figured out.
