Took them 2 hours to change 2 tires when I was the only appointment. They then snapped my sensor on my tire and torqued the tires so tight they snapped the nut into my tire. Had to go somewhere else and spend $100 to get it fixed. They claimed they couldn't fix it even though they caused the problem. They need real mechanics not just everyday people off the street with next to no experience. Go to a reputable mechanic and save yourself the heartache.

My rental needed a flat repair. The staff was friendly, understanding, and quick to get me back on the road.

Make sure your entire day is free if trying to get a quick service done.. called days prior to see if they had availability to swap out some tires. I bought them from somewhere else so was told because of that I could not schedule a time to get it done.. I asked if they had anything scheduled as of now for that day because I will be driving up from out of town. So, the day comes and I wake up at 7 am, get my toddler ready and we arrive there by 9am, I get checked in and no one is there besides one guy getting a oil change. Both tire garages are empty and im the only customer, but I am warned it may take a little bit. I say okay and we go grocery shopping.. I peek in half hour later and there's 2 other vehicles getting serviced, mine still isn't in. We go to check out another half hour-hour later and I see my car is just being pulled in.. it's now almost 1030 and I ask how long it will take? He says at least a hour we are just pulling it in. How?! At this point we need to get out as I had a appointment for my toddler at 11am, but wasted half the day trying to get some tires swapped out! There was no urgency or efficiency at this shop.. No communication either. If they were booked up for the morning they should have syated that when I walked in.. instead just wasted my day!!!

Very respectful. Can't be in a hurry. Biggest problem I have with them is with the corporate office IT department planners.

This group of Mechanics are awesome!! I have needed these guys and gals quiet a few times over the past two years and each experience has been nice! I recently bought new tires from them. They installed and mounted them the same day the tires were delivered. Two days ago, I woke up to two flat tires. I called these guys and they got me right in and fixed the problems and helped me further by suggestions and what to expect. The genuine care and quality of work this team performs is really rare these days! Thank you for your help each time!!Services: Tires

Poor work ethic, poor attitude, and inability to do basic math, this is what you get for going to Walmart Auto Care in Marquette for any type of service. A bunch of kids standing around the auto bay, with nothing to do, and wouldn't fit a tire on my truck before saying it wouldn't fit. I bought a set of tires that were .77 inches (less than an inch) bigger than the stock ones on the truck, based on the kid looking at it, you would think I was trying to put a monster truck tire on my truck. If you have almost an inch of clearance on stock tires, and the new tire is .77 wider, that means you would deduct .385 from that inch which would leave you with over half an inch of clearance in a spot that clearance doesn't change, the control arm, it also had plenty of space in the wheel well, a good six inches all the way around. They couldn't figure that out, at least the managers couldn't figure that out. I can see why the kid didn't want to mount the tires, they are big, they are heavy (tire and rim around 75 pounds) and I'm sure not easy to balance. The blame really falls on the managers, they couldn't figure out that the kid just wanted to get out of work and that the tire would fit just fine. I guess the manager (Chris) wasn't willing to put in a little effort to see that for himself, he wouldn't even have him test fit one when I requested it, which I was willing to pay for. I did the research, did the measuring, verified with other people who put on the exact same tire, that it would fit. This kid and supposedly his manager decided it wouldn't fit without even trying it, or doing any measurements, I know because I asked the manager what measurements they came up with, and he had no idea. Although he lied and said they measured. Totally my fault for going to Walmart for this type of work, it won't happen again. Thank goodness a new tire shop is coming to town, the new tire shop fixes leaks for free and will match any Walmart price. I will get my tires there when they open. Walmart didn't need that $1700.00 sale anyways, you can tell by the rating of the auto center, and it still functions like this.Service: Tires
