I love the variety of products and the prices. I don't like how I see some of the workers treated. I have seen superiors be very rude to the other workers. Most of the workers have been very helpful. I don't like when they want to check my receipt and will not let them check my stuff and just keep going. I don't steal so I also don't worry if they call the police. If the workers are forced to do this then I apologize, it is nothing personal. I really do not like the automotive department at least the experiences I had. One time they wouldn't put new tires on my car because they claimed there was a hole in the frame. This was not true, it was a small rust spot. Another time I had a bad ball joint and they would not put new tires on. It was not real bad and I had it scheduled to be repaired. In the mean time I just wanted new tires put on. Was frustrating to have another wasted appointment almost like they just didn't want to make more money. I also don't like a lot of the customers I see. A lot of times it's more of your trash types of people. I see things in Walmart that I don't see in other stores with customers. I know this is not really the fault of Walmart but at the same time gives them a bad image. The parking lot can also be a disaster. A lot of customers don't like to put their carts away. If going on a windy day I do not recommend a nice looking vehicle you want to keep looking free of scratches or dents.

My husband and I just moved into the area and stopped by to shop before picking up our order. We walked around and enjoyed the wide, clean aisles. The associates we chatted with her friendly - even funny - and treated us very well. The pickup service was really fast and efficient. I see use utilizing this service going forward. I know we'll shop here again, though it will take us a while to figure out where everything is located!

It's great that this Walmart supports RVers and allows overnight parking. If that includes you, I encourage you to support them with a purchase and be respectful of the parking lot. I had a quiet night and it was great. That said, the store could use some cleanup. There was trash in the parking area and the store needed some tidying with some product on the floor and some stock issues. They've moved many of their registers to the "Scan & Go" system of self-checkout so getting your purchase rung up tends to move a bit quicker. [Review 17913 overall - 320 in Michigan - 1434 of 2022.]

My uncle worked there and said it was hell, not the employees but the customers. Everyone there is a p***** and the employees are treated worse than dirt

Bathrooms are dirty & the door didn't lock. Noticed some of the grocery items had expired dates on them after getting home. I've had them call & cancel my online pickup on more than one occasion due to lack of staff. Better grocery stores in the area & I will be frequenting those in the future.

Beware that this location lets customers walk around without a mask on but yet has signs everywhere saying you must wear a mask. Covid is real and don't put signs out if your not going to enforce it for everyone. Walmart needs to grow some balls and stick to the policy's for everyone and not just tip toe around and not say anything for the fear of someone lashing out.

I've been a Walmart fan for years . I think the employees at this store are professional and pleasant , and helpful : For example ~~ Kudos to employee Denice who on Friday afternoon 7/10 /20 called Marq Tran for me with her phone . My cell phone's mobile service was down & I was unable to reach MarqTran ( bus service ) They left me stranded at the store due to a mistake they made in scheduling my ride back to Ishpeming . I'm a senior citizen and was tired & miserable . However I approached Denice who was monitoring things outside the front door - she immediately contacted Marq Tran for me & arranged for a pick up . She's an intelligent and compassionate person with excellent communication skills . Thank you Denice I'll never forget this !! Pat Rosen

Went to pick up disposable camera photos on date they said they would be ready. They were not. Came back two weeks later and they struggled to find my photos. After they found them they insisted that they had called me notifying that they were ready two weeks prior. But they did not call me and they were not ready the day I went to pick them up. This is the second time this has happened almost the same thing occurred last summer! The service at the photo desk has not been the best the few times I have went there. The employee typically is not attentive to the customer. Probably won’t come back here the next time I need photos developed.

Hair salon in Walmart is awful! The hairstylist has zero style in her haircuts and didn't follow directions. My side bangs are razored short and straight. I requested 2 months growth taken off but the same haircut. She cut 5 months off everywhere but the length and I have shaggy funny pieces in the front. Then, just now, I found out she charged for a shampoo too which she never did. Avoid this place!

I hate this store. My best friend got harassed here at Walmart well working. I really don't want to call me here but it's one of the only Walmart for n the area. Watch your back when your in this store. You never know what will happen

I was shopping for after sun aloe Vera. I checked the first aid isle - and the lotion isle with no luck. I asked an employee and was directed to isle G-18, which turned out to be hair color. I asked a second employee and was told isle G-34. There was no isle marked G-34. It only went to isle G-33. We searched the small stands in between isles since it is summer and there was sun block out there. We could not find it and the employees, with their handheld devices could not direct us to the product, and none of them were committed or consented enough to walk with us to point out where the produce should be. Get it together!
