Nice people but when there’s problems they’re not really a help. My account got overdrafted five dollars and I had no notification or letters by mail explaining and or acknowledging the overdraft and probable fees but they have a $36 dollar over draft fee if you over draft $5 on your debit card. When I called about their 24 hour grace period I was told about at one point seemingly no longer exists? Just not very helpful. :(

Horrible banking system. You have to have a minimum of $10 in your account otherwise they'll penalize you by overdrawing money that isn't there. DO NOT use this bank. Ever!

Nice folks but what a shame they work for such a horrible banking institution. On top of their fees and requirements to keep a checking account and saving account free, they foolishly move my $ around. Their handling of my money has resulted in checks bouncing and rent being late because they cannot manage people's money in an orderly manner like a bank is suppose to. Don't bank with this institution.

Very friendly service. The manager greets you as you walk in. The tellers are friendly and good at their jobs. Any questions or problems are solved professionally and patiently.

AVOID. Horrible bank manger! Extremely rude and aggressive behavior. When asked for his name; would not give it, nor, give the name to his supervisor or any identification numbers. When I Informed the bank manager I was to file a complaint, he replied by: "it would fall on deaf ears". The tellers and bankers are good at their jobs, however, the bank manager is unpleasant and frightening. With everything else going bad for wells fargo, you would at least expect some decent customer service. Bank Manager is unpleasant and frightening. Horrible bank manger! AVOID.
