Today at about 3pm I went in to get butterfly nuts for my crutches. I was greeted by this VERY nice guy, who was about my age. I asked him where the butterfly nuts were. He stopped what he was doing (stocking boxes of little Coleman gas tanks for camping) to help me. He then directly showed where the butterfly nuts were, proceeded to go through every single type of butterfly nut until he could find the right ones that fit the screw on my crutches. After several minutes he decided that none of the butterfly nuts were not working so he moved to square nuts and said that they would work the best because he felt bad for me and didn’t want me to have to walk in here every month to get new ones if I didn’t have to. After about 3 minutes of him screwing on square bolts to my crutches we finally found the perfect fit. I really appreciated the customer service from this guy, very helpful, very kind and knowledgeable.
I wish I grabbed his name to say it in this review. He was wearing a hat, greyish black shirt, grey pants, about my age (21) maybe a year younger, dark hair and eyes. And when I first walked in he was in the paint aisle, stocking I think boxes of little Coleman gas tanks for camping.
I really hope Ace Hardware of Marshall knows who I’m talking about because he should be acknowledged for his kindness and hard work ethic.

Consistently top-notch attentive service. I just bought a grill ... they gave good advice, assembled it and delivered it promptly. The nearby big box stores can't match all that Darlings Hardware delivers.
