Cole Graber is the MAN. I hate going to the phone store. Hate it. I feel like no matter how simple the thing I need to do there is, it ends up taking hours, I’m somehow paying a bunch of money for something I don’t need or want, and I leave there pissed off and the thing I went in for isn’t done. THIS WAS NOT THAT EXPERIENCE AT ALL. Cole was fantastic. The guy was very professional, helped sort out an issue with my order, called his manager for a second opinion on something he already knew how to handle to just to be safe, and had me out the door ASAP. Real pleasure to talk to him in general. Never had such a positive experience in an AT&T. Genuinely made me want to give him a shoutout for great service and great professionalism. If you need to go to AT&T and you’re not in the area, it’s worth the drive in to make sure you’ve got someone who will actually help you.

Roxanne was amazing helping me get my phone ported over. We had issues during the activation process but she was on the phone with support for almost 2 hours getting me up and running.
