Had a wonderful experience at Marshall Auto Zone today. Purchased a new car battery and the Auto Zone employee had it installed in less than 15 minutes! Now that’s service.

I went to autozone today because my battery was having issues. The employee Joel was quick to help me get my battery tested and gave me multiple options for replacement batteries. He helped me get a new battery installed after the test came back negative and made sure my car was running before sending me on my way. He was one of the most professional and helpful customer service people I've ever met in my life.

I was traveling through Marshall on my way home to battle Creek and my check engine light came on, so I stopped in and Sherry scaned my car and small leak in gas cap. She cleaned seal and put cap back on. She got me on my way feeling good. Life saver! Thank you!

I was visiting my relatives for the holidays. I had a rental car which somehow didn’t have any rubber at all on the driver’s side windshield wiper. Stopped into AutoZone to get some help. I assumed I’d have to buy a new set of wipers and then deal with Avis Support to get it reimbursed. But when I handed my keys to the guy behind the counter at AutoZone, he saw it was a rental and knew I’d only need them for another 2 hours. So he grabbed a used one out of the recycle bin and put them on my car for me free of charge. It was a Christmas Miracle. Big thanks to Joel for helping us out in a pinch! 🙏
