Horribly over priced since the last time we shopped at this particular store. It's probably a good thing they have half price items because they wouldn't be able to sell anything. We won't be going there again.

A bit more overpriced than it should be because it is in Marshall but it's a nice and big store

Watch this goodwill they are known for getting electronics in that are store models or just don’t work and they are selling them as is knowing they do not work.

What an overpriced junk pit! I understand inflation and all but it's ridiculous in there. There are literally items priced twice as much as they are brand new from the store. I rarely go in the store anymore, I can't afford to! Which is ridiculous. All of their merchandise is donated. The only overhead that this company has is the building it's in, wages and utilities. Let's talk about wages for a moment, look it up, check out the CEO's salary for the Goodwill and then check out the average hourly rate for the employees. It's disgusting. Also what's disgusting? The fact that this company will not donate to anyone for any reason. I worked for a local nonprofit organization that assisted domestic violence victims. The Goodwill wouldn't donate as much as a fork let alone anything else. It wouldn't work with us to provide vouchers for these people and they wouldn't discount anything. It amazes me how many people scurry to donate their items to this shady establishment. And then to walk into the store and see an item clearly marked for $3 from one store being sold by these crooks for $5.29. No thank you. I won't be back in there. Makes me sick. Think twice before you donate. There are shelters and actual agencies that help people that could use your donations.

The manager is wonderful. Great turnover of items. Friendly staff. Corporate Good Will however I’d leave another review for. Saying prices have gone through the roof at all good wills. Greed?I bet merchandise would move faster outta the store with lower prices.

ATTENTION MARSHALL GOODWILL SHOPPERS! I would forego buying any clothing or furniture from the Marshall goodwill until they intend on doing something about their bedbug infestation problem. If you’ve bought anything recently, either burn it, or toss it in the dryer for about an hour or so.Goodwill management: if you truly intend to do nothing about your dirty bedbug infested store, for starters that’s incredibly wrong on many levels. But hey, if you wanna make less in sales because people don’t wanna buy the possibly infested clothes and furniture you’re selling, that’s on you. But your neglect leads to the spread of bedbugs, which is/can be a major issue. This location used to pride itself on customer service, but refusing to do anything about a bedbug problem in your store, says this location doesn’t care about its customers anymore.

I love shopping here, but the prices have gone up and also they currently have bedbugs in their store and on the products and aren’t doing anything to fix it. Maybe hire an exterminator and I’ll come back, I was actually planning on going soon but nevermind.

I enjoy shopping here to just look around mostly every now and again I can afford to buy something nice but not too often money don't go far I just pay off the bills it doesn't leave much leftover when your on a fixed income but it gives me a chance to get out of the house when I'm up to it I like to window shopping is what I call it.
