  Marshall branch is extremely slow! Might as well plan on at least 15-20 minutes every time whether you go inside or use the drive through.

  I opened an account here because my current credit union wasn't able to accommodate the kind of account I needed. I've had great service from this bank. They've been gracious, personable and flexible. I don't bank there every day so I'm not familiar with daily service. Every time I go in, they are super busy.
