Extremely disappointed!!! Called for tire change- they said “ come in No Waiting” Was told no one ahead of me to get my trailer tire changed. After they took the information from my company and got the authorization he said “ ok will take of it “!!!! Now it’s been 4 hrs and still not done yet!!!
EXTREMELY UNHAPPY WITH THEIR SLOW SERVICE! Will be my last time to come here!!!!

As a trucker I visit quite a few Love’s locations. This one had plenty of parking into the evening (on a Sunday), the staff were friendly, and the place was clean. My one gripe (and reason for 3 ⭐️’s): out of 3 hand washing sink faucets in the bathroom, only one was working. One looked like it would work, but didn’t. Another was a different style that SHOULD have had a faucet handle, but didn’t. That left one. Come on, Love’s. I know you’re better than this.

Absolutely terrible, ordered what i wanted, got to window and was told we dropped it so what else do you want?. Ordered something else. Waited 15 minutes. Didn't get a receipt and they have a sticker that says reciece $1.00 if not offered a receipt. Watched the employee mop and not wash hands or use gloves to then handle the bagging of my food. This place should be shut down. For health violations, i thelrew the food away. Worker was also rude. Won't be back and neither should anyone else.

$10 dump station is fine and all but how is this puddle of standing sewage to code??? The drain hole is raised so any spillage has nowhere to go. We wish we went somewhere else.

Had a steer tire blow on I-94, called Love's, in Marshall, MI. They arrived within an hour, replaced hub and tire, i was back on road with in an hour and a half. Devin was the mechanic sent, very nice, efficient and proffessional. Great experience!

Love's travel center is a good place to get a drink and go to the bathroom. Get all your needs for the highway. As far as hardy's, and they are overpriced. Your food is not very good when you order something. You know, it seems like they had beat it up, stomped on it and throwed it in the bag and gave it to you. Their fries are good. Their cokes are good, but their hamburgers and stuff uhr a lot to be Desired for your biscuits and gravy are excellent in the mornings. Other than that, they need to work on their preparing food. Therefore I would only give them a 3 star right now. As far as the trucks stop, part, gas is easy to get into good parking and pop and restrooms are always clean

I had a car accident. After cleared the site, police dropped me to this near by gas station so I could do some arrangements. I had blood in my face. The staff gave me bandages and other stuff to help me. They offered me shower in their facility. They dialled Uber for me trying to result payment problems. They helped me carry my baggage and etc. They were so nice, warm and kind. It is unforgettable. They have big hearts! Thank the staff so much from my deep mind!

Three person working behind the counter couldn’t figure out how to print an email, which is standard procedure and part of their service to customers.
Incompetence as such causes headaches, delays, costing hundreds of dollars and hours of lost time.
