Regarding the T-Mobile service I don't get it at my location even though I'm in a modern fully populated subdivision within city limits. Even when I am on 5G there are significant hesitations in downloading content. But these are somewhat minor inconveniences since I'm on WiFi at home and typically only stream music when out and about. (edited my review to condense and be a bit less harsh).

When I went to the Marshall location I dealt with three employees,one of which was very rude.I was rather shocked at his behavior sitting at a table on his phone was far more important than helping a customer.He was not happy I came in so close to closing time.I will say he made me feel very uncomfortable.I am thankful for the other two employees who were able to help and weren't rude.I will never go back to this location nor do I reccomend this location.

I've had T Mobile for years. I deal with the fact that when I buy a new phone, it's going to take quite a while in the store. This time my s22 ultra was hacked by someone walking by! Point is, I went straight to T Mobile and I got a temporary phone that did the job and the sales woman gave me details which saved me from losing my warranty. It all took about 5 minutes! Happy end to a bad day.

Came over from Verizon with 4 lines. Told we would get 4 port in rebates $200 per line and an additional $800 to pay off phones. This was in February and after 3 attempts to resolve with customer service and the store I am still waiting.
