I had an issue with one of my tires losing air so I called them this morning and said I could come in during my lunch. When I got there they quickly started helping and were very understanding and empathetic and professional in regards to fixing my issue and did it free of charge! I will definitely be coming back.

Had a great experience with the shop. I was in from out of town and noticed I picked up a nail on my tire during my lovely time in Michigan. I located the nearest shop that was recommended to me by locals and I’m happy I listened. Called in, received great communication and within the hour my tire was good to go. Locals and travelers like me can guarantee good, solid service.

We made an appointment. Three hours later, our car not even in their shop. Owner not there, out hunting. We sat there for another 4 hours while they did brakes. Problem not fixed, even tho their 'expert' drove it. It was the axle. They let us drive away, $1300 later, problem not fixed. This is a horrible representation of this franchise.

Had a tire pressure light come on just outside Marshall. Got off the highway and drove straight here. They were so helpful and so kind! They took care of me right away and got me back safely out on the road. If I lived in Marshall, this would be my shop for all future repair needs.

I had an excellent experience at Tuffy when I needed a flat tire fixed on our horse trailer. John, the dude who helped us, was incredibly friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. I really appreciated the prompt service and the attention to detail. It’s not always easy finding a shop that’s great with trailers, but this one definitely exceeded my expectations. Highly recommend them for any tire or auto service needs!

My car had something hanging off the underbody halfway through an eight hour drive on the Friday of a holiday weekend. I called ten minutes before close to see if they could help and the mechanic (I didn’t catch his name!) stayed late to fix it up to safely finish the drive. He was kind, knowledgeable, and so helpful. I will remember that kindness for a long time!
