They do have a small amount of room to work with you on the price. Typically other dealers will add in a bunch of fees and miscellaneous charges when you get to the numbers part of the deal, but not Chuck and his team. Even on his day off, he was able to setup a test drive for me. I pulled up to the lot, and the suv I wanted to drive was pulled up and ready to go. They gave me the keys, and let me take it for a spin without having anyone ride with me telling me where to go. I enjoyed that experience.
