I just had the most RUDE, unhelpful interaction with the lady who answered the phone. It’s clear they’re just TOO BUSY to answer the phone, and even calling is an inconvenience. We’ve been local for over 40 years, and have been to Martin MANY times. I’m traveling through with a dually and was hoping to support a local store instead of Discount tire, or similar… too bad I guess. At least they’re polite. 🤷🏼♀️

I was traveling from East Central Indiana to Traverse City Michigan pulling my 5th wheel when I found the sidewall damaged by on one of my tires. I called Camping World and General RV near Grand Rapids. No one had my tire size. Called Martin Tire in Martin, MI. Mike Smith had my tire size in stock and he replaced all 4 on a Saturday when he’s usually closed. He didn’t have to answer his phone that morning but he did. Great service from a small tire shop! Thank you again Mike for going over and above to get us back on the road.

I've called twice in the last two weeks just after they open and no answer. Hope they are still open and just to busy fifteen minutes after opening to answer the phone. I prefer to patronize local businesses when possible.

Wow! What a team!!I’m from Florida and we were pulling our fifth wheel up 131 headed to Mackinac. Noticed a blemish balding on one of the fifth wheel tires around Plainwell. Called Martin tire. They got us right in and with further inspection and discussion we decided to change all 4 tires. They had inventory of a couple of choices and got us back on our way in under 2 hours!!Highly recommend!!
