The negative reviews left here from a handful of absurdly self entitled people are laughable. ?One complains about a needing a minimum balance of 5 dollars in a savings account - like it's unheard of. (Wow...??♀️)Another complains about not getting through in a timely fashion lmao.I have lived in Marysville for 9 almost 10 years now and the amount of rude (sometimes bigoted) self entitled people will make you cringe in this town, but these 1 star reviews - for the reasons why - is a fine example of how ridiculous some people can be, goodness, get a life ?.Now as far as MY experience with this branch and Advia in general? It's been excellent, and their is no other word to describe it. I have never once been or felt burned.Example: once I made a mistake and made a credit card payment on the 1st of the month, their system still counts it for the previous month. (I didn't know this, so it was MY mistake)After explaining that payment was for the current month, they straightened it out for me, even with me being upset about it and being a little animated to be fair. (Pro tip: make credit card payments on or after the 3rd at the earliest)They're always cool, and recognize me when I walk in, and they're always pleasant to me.I've never missed a payment on anything ever with them and have built a lot of trust with this credit union, and I can actually feel that whenever I deal with them. They RARELY call me to offer something aswell, maybe once or twice a year. (The comment complaining about being called and offered things like its constant pestering is an obscene exaggeration)They also raise my credit limit without me even asking for it - BECAUSE they trust me, and I have a very spotless track record with them. This credit union and this branch is a 5 out of 5, in my opinion. It's also extremely easy to get loans through a credit union in general versus a basic bank. They were also the only place to give me my very 1st credit line many years ago, and I never broke away from them. It's a max rating from me, Advia ?.The typical Marysville locals need to chill out. You're doing great ?.You can't please everyone, though ??♀️.

Closed down all the ATMs in my county for a week for updating without notice and it caused me to overdraft due to the fact that I couldn't deposit money in the ATM.

I've been a member for several years and never had an issue. The staff are kind, courteous and professional they work diligently and methodically together. If you're not a member you should be.

I’ve been sitting on the phone waiting for 83 people to be taken care of it was 75 at first but Advia keeps hanging up on me while I wait and the number of people ahead of me keeps going up when I call back seconds later. All I need to do is change my phone number.

Not a member, as my credit union is out of town. Simple request to trade a tenner for a roll of quarters. I was shunned out of the building. Another teller offered to help, but was told no by my teller. Have considered moving to this closer credit union. However will not work with them.

Advia is the worst financial institution in the area. The fact that they speak so often about "putting the member first" is a joke. There's always a line from the teller window to the door, so don't go in if you're on your lunch break or you have an appointment to keep- you'll be late and mad. I understand places get busy, it is a sign of a thriving business, and I wouldn't complain if I felt that the staff was putting their best effort into keeping the line moving. But when I am standing in line, and I can look right into the managers office and see her on her computer, she can obviously see me and the ten other people in line as well. She does nothing to help get the line moving, she doesn't even acknowledge us or offer a weak apology. That tells me it is business as usual and what she expects. So no, I don't feel that my needs are priority at this location. Just the opposite. Also, this is a tiny nitpick, but worth mentioning- the branch is always filthy, with days-old coffee stains on the counters, stains on the furniture, and more salt on the floors than in the parking lot. When my money is going through a bank or credit union, I don't feel it is an unrealistic expectation that the building be clean and pleasant. Little things like that, I feel, speak volumes about how Advia feels for their customers, moreso than any "we put our members first!" slogan they can slap on a billboard. I left Advia for Genisys and I would recommend you avoid them as well.

Miserable experience every time I went in there. The fees, the incessant phone calls, and the constant attempts to sell you things are annoying, but that is not specific just to this location. All Advias in the area are like that. Honestly, how many products do I need to use, how deeply do I have to be involved with Advia, before my account is good enough, and they will stop harassing me to do more, do more?! My problem specific to this location is, if you go when there’s any kind of rush, you’ll be in line forever. I can see the manager sitting at her desk, so I know she can see me and everyone else in line. She doesn’t do anything to help or get things moving faster. She doesn’t even acknowledge us. So don’t visit this location on your lunch break or while under any kind of time crunch. You’ll be late and mad. Plus they got rid of, or couldn’t keep, my very favorite person to deal with, Katy! She was more professional and helpful than the actual manager! I guess she finally realized that she was worth more. Overall, a lousy branch of a lousy establishment, and I am so glad I took my account elsewhere. Avoid.

They have people there that work with you in all your finances. They make exceptions and are very helpful, going out of their way to help. Best Bank/Credit Union i ever had.
