I got my car fixed here n had to go back several times for the same thing that was supposed to be fixed. And when I was told you ask questions about what was wrong with my car, Nick the guy that was doing it was rude to me for no reason. Really liked this place at first I will never come back here ever again.

Vehicle looks like new after my insurance had me bring my vehicle to them. Friendly, good communication, very professional, and great work. Took a very reasonable amount of time, too. Zero complaints. Thank you!

Amanda is very rude. Set an estimate appointment and in no way did she state that I had to be present for the estimate. My advice go somewhere with a receptionist that has a personality and will own up to their mistakes

Gerber Collision repaired my Dodge Ram after being side swiped. They did an excellent job painting and restoring finish. Looks great and completed the job timely.

The customer service with this location is outstanding!!! Nick and the team kept me very informed the entire process and were kind and professional. I would receive a status update every 2-3days until my vehicle was completed.
My blazer was spotless both inside and out (i think it was even cleaner then i left it lol). Gerber provided a detailed car wash and also thoroughly vacuumed the inside.
This location was able to finish my vehicle 2days a head of schedule.
Thank you Gerber Collision of Marysville, I’m very glad that your shop was the location to assist me during this difficult time. Also i really appreciated the Thank Card, it was a nice touch.

Crazy how the prices keep going up. And your spot-free wash is definitely not spot free. Every time there is still stuff on my car still and I have to rewash it by hand

I took my Vehicle here after a recent deer collision and I received excellent customer service.Not only was I periodically updated on the progress of my repairs but they were also friendly and courteous. I received several compliments about my vehicle after the repairs. It looked like a brand new car!10 out of 10. Would recommend!Keep up the awesome work!

My Bronco was rear ended recently and was recommended by a family member to take it here. They were very quick on getting the repair done while still maintaining great quality. They also gave us updates to keep us in the loop about what’s going on. The staff is very friendly and helpful as well.
