“My hubby did an online order for delivery to our trailer park, easy and convenient!! He gave the delivery address on line with my name and # as well as his own #. The next morning someone called and he spoke to them about the delivery day we needed and time, Thursday afternoon because he worked and I worked and would be back at the trailer at 12:30. When my hubby called them again to let them know it was a trailer park, confirm they had my # which they said it wasnt on the delivery order also confirmed an afternoon delivery. Thursday I decided to go to work an
hour earlier so I could be done right around 11 am and Im 5 minutes from our trailer. Just as I was leaving a lady called from Rona and said the delivery guy was 25 minutes away....perfect!! I headed out and my phone rang again barely 2 minutes later and the delivery driver said he was at the park..... Good thing I was only 5 minutes away . I said your not suppose to be there till the afternoon, he said I just do as Im told. The delivery driver was very good and helpful and put our lumber right where we needed it and he was very friendly! I told him we had confirmed 3 times the time it was to be delivered and good thing I was only 5 minutes away and done work early....He just said they are very busy!! I think who ever answers the phones or calls customers needs to listen better to instructions!! What would have happened to our delivery if I couldn't have gotten home from work till noon?”

“Every time I see a item on sale on line it's never in stock or have to get at store. I was trying to purchase a metal rooster and it showed in stock in Richmond mi. I drive all Way there ..nothing.other location..nothing..email company and of course no response..so stop in this location since I was driving by and they have one .the service was help was very good. Thomas at register was helpful.even while he was training someone.”
