Very awesome experience. There was an issue with my state refund and Elizabeth worked diligently with her IT department to get it solved quickly and kept me updated every step of the way. Very happy with my services and I definitely recommend coming here if you want your taxes done in a professional and timely manner. 5 out of 5 for sure!

I've been using H&R Block for years. Always get good results! And this year taxe preparation was cheaper than it has been in several years! The Marysville location is great!

Lady was very nice and friendly and helped me out with the price to file my taxes but was unable to do so same day because my refund was not big enough. I planned on going back and paying to get them filed but then she left a message saying that price expires. Would never go back to this branch again or recommend

I wasn't advised at all whatsoever that it could be possible that I was denied this advanced refund... The prepared did not ask me if I had any offsets pending or anything I know all the offsets are currently suspended however something could have been said from a 15-year veteran well at least that's what her little sign said
