“Went there to get my transmission flushed and fluid changed and my air filter changed. Had a chat with them about how I’ve been taken advantage of because I’m a woman. They took the time to explain everything to me and make me feel like I understood. Also, they didn’t have the air filter I needed in stock. They offered if I went and purchased one elsewhere to change it free of charge. I went and bought one and came back and both bays were full so I had no problem waiting for them to get done but one of the gentlemen came out with the tools they needed and changed it! I insisted I had no problems waiting but he said it was fine! I will definitely be going back to get my oil changes there from now on as well! They were polite, explained everything, and went above and beyond with the air filter. They earned a new customer!”

“First time there… My tire pressure sensor warning light came on. they diagnosed the problem replace two tires sensors And said the other two sensors were fine. All that was done in a couple hours under $300. these guys were fast efficient and I was very pleased with the work they did.
Two months ago I took my vehicle to LaFontaine Chevy for the same problem… The tire pressure indicator warning light came on. They kept my car for two days charged me almost $500 so they can replace one tire sensor. I won’t be going back to La Fontaine even though I’ve been going there for over 25 years.”

“Very friendly and informative customer service. They performed a circle check as well as checked/changed (if needed) all of the filters and then checked/changed/topped up all of the fluids. They also performed a diagnostics check for me, which I requested, and informed me of what needed to be fixed. The cost was satisfactory for all of the work performed and they even checked the windshield wipers and then cleaned the windshield. No appointment was necessary and the work was done effectively and efficiently. I highly recommend this business.”

“Professional technician on my visit for an oil change. Informed me of two small issues which one I later took care of. Air filters were offered, with no pressure to buy. Although not required at the time of oil change due to them being recently changed.Time was taken to show me how to reset oil change notification.Will definitely return to the South Port Pennzoil location for future oil changes.”
“I have to give a Huge shoutout to Pennzoil North! Had a bad day - coolant hose exploded while waiting to go to Canada. I was able to temporarily reconnect and barely made it back to Port Huron where we stumbled into Pennzoil. The onsite manager knocked it out of the park. She took me straight in was cool and collected and had us up and running in no time. Wow really appreciate everything they did for us. THANKS!!!!!!”
