Dr. Called in order in, Andrea called me and expedited the order. Delivered same day. The Gentleman who delivered was very nice. Great company to do business with! Worth every bit of the five stars.

Almost 3 weeks trying to get my supplies for my cpap keep saying we need a script from the doctor and doctor says we didn’t receive anything trying to talk to supervisor the answer is not available at the moment bad service

We couldn't be more displeased with Sheldon Medical Supply. We would not recommend them to anyone. I would give them "0" stars if it this site would let me. My husband got a prescription from his doctor for a nebulizer machine and he called Sheldon in Marysville. We made an appointment not knowing that we would have to wait outside for someone that wasn't even there. He phoned the individual and she was at an early dinner. The nebulizer was not ready and I had to return the next day to pick it up, but it was a rental. The woman said she would look into the insurance info on the nebulizer again. NO COMMUNICATION! My husband called several times (800 number) to find out what was going on. NO COMMUNICATION! Never got a permanent nebulizer. He called last week (800 number) and made an appt to return the rented nebulizer. Also, they said that he owed $26 and change for the unit. (we never got a bill and like I stated, NO COMMUNICATION! We were there at 1:00 p.m. on Tuesday 2-08-22, which was the appt time only to get there and there was a sign on the door, saying that they were closed. We called (800 number) and they called the building, because someone was supposed to be there. NOPE! Nobody there. We're waiting for a call, again, for someone to p-up the unit. What a waste of time and inconvenient doesn't describe our experience with them.

Horrible customer service. Standing outside for 30 minutes while waiting to get a device is unacceptable. Took all day just to get a walker that I need. Would have been nice to have it while standing outside waiting in the cold. This store should be closed for good.

Have been Waiting 3weeks. To just get a cane that thy hve ......now Thy sent it out in mail whn I could of picked it up in Marysville??

This place is not good. They won't let you in the building even with a mask. Plus the equipment is twice the cost. Had to get a walker, it is over 100 bucks. Take the drive to Binson's in Sterling Heights. I was there quite a bit for my father's needs in the past 8 months.Staff is very helpful and nice. No problem waking in the building to get help. And the walker would have only cost $68.
