Food is normally fine, though the prices are a bit high for what you're getting, now. Biggest complaint is the person running it won't order egg for breakfast subs, which is fine, except their app lists that subway as still making them. I ordered a breakfast sub, i show up, and she tells me she tried calling me (she didnt) and to say they dont make breakfast subs anymore, there. Then she tells me she cant refund it because it was through the app, either, and tells me the site to go to. Except the site gives a connection error when you try to process whatever issue you typed up, every time. For the last few days. So apparently I paid for a sub they don't make. Awesome. Thanks subway. Thankfully, Jimmy John's is down the road from this one, so it's very easy to switch to someone else. But buyers beware, don't bother using the app if you even decide to buy from here. They didn't even have one of the standard cheeses there, and it was only an hour after opening. Wild.

Pulled up just after opening, was literally turned away after the employees gossiped in the back, its not my fault your register isn't put together, store hours are store hours

Used the online app to order and paid. Got my pick up time. Went to pick up my food (at my pick up time) spent my entire 25 minute lunch break waiting for my order cuz it was not started until I got there. Wasted my whole lunch break waiting for food I didn't have any time left to eat.

If there was a negative stars option I would have chosen that. I would NOT recommend. Could not even eat the purchased food for my family. I have tried this restaurant on multiple occasions and have only had the service/ experience get worse with each visit. Between the multiple attitudes, unprofessional language and aggressive behavior AND sanitation/food safety concerns in this restaurant I will AVOID it ?!!! Needs a complete overhaul with NEW management and RESPECTFUL employees!!! I did file a corporate complaint against this store specifically based on more than five experiences ??.Dietary restrictions: Ask for gloves to be changed if possible otherwise there will be food cross contamination etc and everything that employee has touched added to your food ?? (my kids have food allergies= AVOID THIS STORE…)Parking: Lock your vehicle.Kid-friendliness: Not kid friendly. Do not recommend bringing any children unless they are 16 years or older.

Slow, rude, talks too much. Food was cold by the time they bagged it, even though it was toasted. Not a welcoming place and employees that don't care.

Not usually comfortable giving a low rating for service because that can vary according to staff turnoverBut this was uniquely problematic for me. There is a new system for online orders (or I assume that's what it is) that has not been thought out. I had three orders on front of me and I stood there for at least 20 minutes. That's not acceptable for fast food. Also this is a spacious store and there really isn't room for a long line because of how the door is situated. It's subway so you know what you will get but some little problems cause a lower rating than what might be justified by the Jim gaffigan routine

Online order. 6” BLT. Paid for additional meat. None added. Pinch of lettuce (I want to say there was none but there were a couple pieces). Should’ve checked food before leaving the building. That’s on me. Disgusting bathroom and floors.

The kids behind the counter were rude with the way they talked to there customers ones walking around on his phone they have the OPEN sign off on a cruise night in Marysville smh way to lose business won’t come here

I love this location in Marysville. The employees are friendly, and even greet you when they are super busy. They work very well together, getting the subs made in a timely manner.

The workers will make your sub then cash you out then make another sub without changing their gloves. If they stayed making subs I completely understand not changing gloves out but once you touch the register those gloves shouldn’t be for food anymore.
