Very happy with the service. Got three loads of crushed limestone. I was worried about damage to my new pickup but both the equipment operators did a great job. Enjoyed talking with everyone.

I worked with Sonny to order brick to match our addition to our existing brick that was purchased through Theut. He was excellent to work with, very respectful and responsive. We initially were not able to get our brick due to a brick shortage. Sonny was helpful the whole way through, I would highly recommend using them in the future!

Well I bought all the products out of there other stores so I had to come here to get some mortar and 20 block. I had high expectations from the other locations. And this one might be the best one yet. The lady at the counter was funny and super knowledgeable...apparently she used be a contractor as well. Glad to see that. All the products were good and price was comparable. Super service, great quality, and average prices.

We had a bad experience here. The gentleman who was working the front desk each time we went there seemed uninterested and lacked any desire to make the sale. We had a big project to do and ended up shopping around the area to find another company who was more friendly, and who wanted the make the sale. Man, we are glad we did. One phone call saved us a ton of money and they were able to get the same product that we would have to wait a week for at Theuts in just 2 days. The customer service was awesome at their competitor too. Beware, if you're looking for a good experience make sure you shop around. Theuts is NOT the only game in town.
