This store is wonderful! We had Jacob help us with adding a new line and upgrading my phone for me!! Everything was well explained and he was very professional. With his help everything went fairly quickly and he was always super nice and helpful as well as the other mans whose name I don’t catch! Both did a fantastic job!

The employees were polite. However I asked specifically when picking up my phone that I was going to do the transfer myself. What is the very first thing they do when I get my new phone? Start the transfer. I didn't have an hour to wait around in a store. So instead of doing it myself, I got 2 barely functional phones for the rest of the day while I was out about. Now, sense the transfer was interrupted, I'm missing all of my text messages and half my contacts even after resuming the transfer. Really poorly done.

Hands down, spot on, absolutely knowledgeable about every detail and service I needed. Suggested screen saver and applied it to my phone. Troy was absolutely fantastic. I love this kind of service.

I have to say, I have never ever experienced such amazing customer service in my life. Troy was phenomenal. The guy treated my fiancé and I like we were family. He should really be working a higher paid position. This guy is top tier. If you’re Verizon and you see this, just know that you have a future CEO on your hands. Thank you.

Before I say this, whoever is reading this review needs to know that the franchise owners of this Verizon store (Victra) are mostly at fault. It is very clear that their employees are overworked, underpaid, and hardly trained. I won't say names, but I have seen a lot of unethical and just plain scummy decisions that these owners have made to add a bit more money to their pockets at the expense of the employees and customers.So here's only a fraction of what I had to deal with this week:First of all, I came in to see if I could trade in a phone & how much it would cost. I told them that I want to wait. The dude literally bought the phone through my account without my permission. Figured out later that I couldn't cancel it until the phone delivers, so I figured I might as well just go through with it anyways.Despite me telling them my phone number 5 times, they still deactivated my brothers phone number and attached it to my new phone. Which caused another 6 hours of waiting in the store for them to try and fix it. It ended with them giving me a phone number to call so they could try and fix it, the call center was literally closed... so I was forced to be without a working phone for a day. Which is very dangerous because I need my phone working 24/7Luckily, I was able to get help from the chat support on Verizon's website. But I also figured out that the dude in the store re-bought the phone FIVE MORE TIMES. He claims he was trying to fix it by just re-activating my phone.So now I am currently stuck with a phone bill that is 5 times more than it should be, and a new phone that keeps saying my Sim isn't fully activated...This is absolutely ridiculous. I have learned from this experience that I should just buy from Verizon's website and activate it through their chat support since they have a lot more authority, and they seem to be more trained.

I would go to this store rather than the Fort Gratiot store. The atmosphere is very pleasant and the people who work at this store are so much better to deal with.
