Bad customer service at this location. Worked with Nick who made things much more difficult than they needed to be for a simple transaction and talked to me like I was an idiot when he was the one making it difficult. Do yourself a favor and go to AutoZone down the road everyone there is very nice never had a bad experience there.

I wouldn't recommend coming here. The employees aren't knowledgeable in the automotive industry, just a cashier. They are disrespectful and hostile if you try to return an item. Too many automotive stores within the area to be treated like this. Go somewhere else!

Parked my truck less than 100 feet from this store. Truck would not start due to a battery that went bad. Walked down to this store to get help. They would not loan me a tool, then they would not take a payment by phone for a new battery. Thanks for nothing! Too bad I had to give you one star, no star should be an option. That’s OK. AutoZone helped out. I am not from the area. I do have friends and family in the area that will be going to AutoZone from now on.

I was having battery issues with my truck . I was right across the street in a motel room as for my work in the area . I asked if they had a battery charger that I could maybe used . Before I could finish the lady said we don't do that . I thanked them and left . I did manage to get the battery out and returned to the store to purchase a battery and carried the old battery their I explained that my brother was going to pay over the phone with his credit card I was told that they didn't do that anymore. I grabbed my old battery and had a friend drive me to AutoZone where I was able to purchase everything I needed . My brother was able to purchase everything I needed over the phone . Thank you AutoZone

Needed oil and filter. Gave all the necessary info, year ,make, model. I did mention i believe it to be a 6.0 liter. Eric said 6.0 wasn't an option. He said it must be a 5.7. Wrong. Bought 5 quarts of oil, the filter and a funnel. Drove back home, filter wouldn't fit. Returned the new (wrong) filter and was told by Erics boss Sean "sorry no refund", it's been previously installed." I said " I never put it in, how can I install if it doesn't go on??" "You gave me the wrong one". Eric piped in and said I should have had the engine info. I said maybe your computer is wrong or you typed it in wrong?? I told them I will never purchase anything from Advance. They lost all future purchases over a perfectly fine filter they got wrong and refused to refund. What a d*** business model. Taking the oil and funnel back tomorrow lol. Left there, went went to Autozone and voila, the right oil filter popped up on their computer.

Both customer service reps were really helpful! I didn’t catch the one girls name, but the other rep Zoey went above and beyond and helped me replace my wiper without asking! Thank you!!
