We have been using Avery for propane since moving to Mason eight years ago. They have excellent customer service, and their propane programs make it super easy to keep your tanks filled! We lock in our propane rate every year, then have them fill our tank on-demand (they monitor levels and fill it when ended).

We were late with a single payment at least 7 years ago due to being injured at work with unexpected loss of income and have since been unable to get propane refills without paying in advance in person or without calling and ‘making special arrangements’. We were overfilled by the driver last year after requesting a specific amount and then charged a late fee when we didn’t pay the overfilled amount. It was waived after several phone calls but the service here is not very consumer friendly.
