We had to make a last minute switch for a lender due to communication/follow through with our previous lender. We called Mike in a PANIC. We wanted to close on this construction loan fast because the last guy left us stranded and VERY behind. Mike said he thought we could close in 3 weeks. It was a miracle. We ended up closing in 2 weeks and 1 day. Due to Mike’s professional excellence, we were able to finally get our dream home started. We will be using Mike for all future loans and really can’t thank him and his team enough! You can tell they are all passionate about taking care of their clients!
