Honestly this is my favorite dollar tree in the area, the okemos one is closer to where I live but this one is just so much better. It is always clean, organized, and a fast checkout. I have never had an issue finding what I'm looking for here. Keep up the good work, this location is amazing.

Awful customer service; asked two young ladies putting up holiday decorations where were the step stools located and they proceeded to Raise Their Voices at me as if I was a hindrance saying “we can not allow you to use one!” and I said “no, to buy” to which they said they don’t sell them. Very embarrassing situation for me. Will never be back even if most things are at better value, I’ll pay more for decent service.

It's not just the "dollar" that is appealing, to me it is the compact size. For instance my parents asked me to pick up a leash for them, so instead of going to the "big box store" were between finding a parking spot walking to the section and then pursuing a million item, I could be in and out in less than 5 minutes.

Dollar Tree's have been getting more and more junkie looking over the years and that does not seem to disclude any particular one. To my surprise my visit to the Dollar Tree in Mason was not so bad. It was cleanest one I've seen in a few years and both times I've been there lately , the same 2 people were working. I'm a previous employee of Dollar Tree ( 10 yrs ago , I put in 11yrs there) and I know how the company standards used to be compared to what they have been since then. Its pretty disappointing how much they've let go but I also know its hard to get good workers at that pay. Anyways the point is that Mason Dollar Tree is doing really well in that company ( in appearance , customer service and well stocked).I've been to many Dollar Trees all over Michigan and a couple other states as well , to be able to give them a fair comparison. Good work !

The ladies working today went over and beyond! Wrapped everything for me! Bought a ton of items for my daughter’s graduation party and they were awesome! Great clean store too! Good selection too!
