“I love Dr. Opolka! She is very friendly and personable, she sits and listens to your concerns and you never feel rushed when in the office. She makes sure that she covers all of her bases, if needing a referral she gets that in almost immediately, she will answer messages on the portal in a timely fashion and sometimes will even follow up by calling you personally. I was in the hospital and instead of having to call their office after discharge to schedule an appointment, they called me…it is the little things like that that make a difference and let’s you know that you are in good hands. My labs were off and Dr. Opolka called me and urged me to go to the ER, and even did a follow up call to make sure I go. I am stubborn and didn’t want to but I did anyway-good thing I did because I had to be admitted. Dr. Opolka and all the staff at this office are amazing!!! Highly recommended!”

“I arrived 40 minutes early for my appointment. Sanitizing lotion was readily accessible. The Staff Person at the front desk acknowledged me right away and greeted me warmly! We had a moment of confusion concerning my gender, but the Medical Staff was only unfamiliar with my paperwork dilemma. ("Is this an Insurance form or a Medical Form?" is the sort of question a Non-Binary person has to ask when there is only a binary checkbox and it is almost never labeled with the correct terminology. Obvs, nobodies fault stuff like that happens all the time. :) The Medical Assistants were all quick, efficient and genuinely pleased to be of service! They got me in early for my appointment too. I won't say my Doctor's name, but they were openly and respectfully curious as to how they might be of service to a Transgender Person, when so often the past told a different story. :( My Doctor addressed my every concern and meeting with them was very pleasant. The fish tank next to the check-out desk has an _Actual_Literal_Sea_Urchin_! They are very black, except for their orange rude part, and about nine inches across. The Staff Person at the check-out desk was friendly and enthusiastic! They walked me through every step of the check-out process with a smile! The Medical Assistant thanked me for coming in today! I am totally 100% assured that they will follow up with me at every opportunity and that our relationship will continue to be successful and pleasant.”
