Josh called several times to make sure I had all the information I needed for my storage unit I'm relocating from another state so making sure everything was ready to go when I arrive is going to make my transition to move even easier. I also appreciate the professionalism he provided and also letting me know that the current office at the storage unit I'm at is going to close so I can use the other storage office moving forward to obtain anything I need in the future. The property is run down. They advertise as gated and send you a gate code when you rent online. There is no gate at the property. They just raised rates to 220 a month from 160 for a 10x20. Comparable around the area at MUCH nicer properties are 170 at the most. Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else.

It was as easy as a phone call and the lady was very nice. I went and got my own lock and was able to go straight there. No problems. It's nice and clean.

11 years of service and all of the managers have been great!! I appreciate their attention to detail and awesome kind customer service! Colleen was my fave but Austin is amazing too!! A little expensive but it’s worth it to have that peace of mind with the extra security!!
