This place is great, the huge reason why I didn't put a 5 star is because it is not the most organized, the clothes are like not getting categorized into long sleeve, short sleeve, button up, and color, but that's okay! The main good thing here is the people and how cheap things are. I gotten a dictionary for so much more cheaper than online which is awesome!
Overall recommend the place!

Manager Robert is effective and personable! Amalia and Zachary are kind and helpful. :) Organized/clean store. The prices at this location feel fair as well.

Absolutely disgusted by the prices.
Did your suppliers increase their prices?! Nope, still free.
Absolute greed.
I'd rather take my donations to GRANGER.

Very poor service. They had a coat marked at 0.99 cents on the sticker, and tried to up charge me 50 dollars at the register!🤬 People give them these items for FREE, and they sell them for an outrageous amount!👎 Do NOT go here.

I generally avoid shopping at, and/or donating to any Goodwill because of their exorbitant pricing (and paying their CEO too high of a salary), but this store is not so bad. I've been here a couple of times and found quite a few items that were still in excellent condition and reasonably priced. The store is newer, but not very big. It's fairly clean and mostly organized. I went on a Friday last time, and was hoping to see some specials, but no such luck. I would have bought more than two shirts if there was at least some kind of discount.

This is by far one of the nicest thrift shops around the metro Lansing area. I got some appliances, furniture and clothes for a great deal. Would recommend!

I love the concept of this store, but I feel like they charge to much for a store that everything is donated on certain items. But staff is awesome and they have a decent selection most days.

Highest prices I have ever seen at a Goodwill. They had video games that still had gamestop stickers on the for $1.99, and they had them priced for $9.99. One game was just an empty case and it was still priced for $5.27. I have just about stopped going to Goodwills because how crazy they have gotten with their prices, but I definitely will never be going to this one again.

Yikes! Why are the prices so high? Dollar store items with tags attached for $3.29, single stuffed animals for $10 or more… who are these items supposed to be available for? Goods are donated to the store for free and this place slaps a sticker on the item, often right next to the retail sticker, for more than what the item cost brand new. Greedwill.

Nice quality store, clean, friendly and I rarely visit without leaving with at least one item. Occasionally I feel they are way over pricing stuff considering they are making 100% profit, especially home stuff

The dude who takes donations is extremely rude. Not hard to see that he hates his life or job, possibly both. Either way, my family won't be donating anything anymore.
