I had no issues with the storage unit or accessing the unit. We never had any mice within the unit nor did we have any issues with water damage. Everything was secured and safe that we stored. My only issue was the price was quite high in my opinion but I've only used this storage company.

i went to rent a unit wasn't clean decided not to get it i went through hell trying to reach someone for my refund they only want to do credit on another unit had to go through my bank to get my money back it's took months after all that as of today they still requesting money from me when i don't even have a unit no place i want to store anything at😡😡😡

I am a new customer. They made the process simple. Staff is very friendly. Someone actually answers the phone and is on-site. The lock in the unit with the couple items was neat.
