Meijer Pharmacy has been a fairly solid Pharmacy since I moved back to Michigan about 15 years ago. They don't always have what i need, but are usually good at finding a Meijer with my medication. Id really like it is they had more staff on the busier hours. Sometimes the line backs way up.

they’re good sometimes but not a lot. first they duplicated my account and then deleted my account with all of my prescriptions on it and now i’m struggling to refill my medicine. the new website is ridiculous and barely works. i’ve never had so many issues before.

Call to see if prescription is ready, they say it is, I get there and it is not.
Sign up for the texts, get text message that prescription is ready, it is not.
This song and dance happens pretty much every time, unfortunately there is not another pharmacy close by.... No apologies, no explanation, nothing but terrible service.

This is the worst pharmacy I’ve ever been to every month I got to show up multiple times because they are not ready or not in tired of being told one thing then another then another before you guys get it right so you are losing some customers and I’m gonna warn everyone if they already don’t know about your telling people the wrong day smh

Unfortunately after reading other reviews just before this it looks like I’m just adding in to it all. Literally the worst pharmacy I’ve ever experienced. I don’t do a lot of reviews, especially since most of the time reviews can be anger driven and so a place even though it may be good appears bad because the good reviews are further and farther between. But this is not the first time I’ve experienced issues and it’s been going on for years. This will be my last RX pickup from this location. Mperks don’t pay back enough for the hassle. I’ve had to go back 4 times now for the same prescription. I live 25 min away, so I’ve wasted a little over 3 hours of time and gas driving. First time it wasn’t filled yet even though it was sent over 2 days before with directions to fill. Second day I go back and at that point they tell me I need prior authorization. No call to me or my doctor prior, found out by driving up there after the day before they said it would be filled within an hour. Get the prior authorization. Prescription re sent over with fill instructions to fill immediately for pick up. It takes about 4 hours from that point for me to work my way back up. NOT FILLED, again! So now I have to drive back up another time for my prescription. I am never using that pharmacy again for anything and I suggest no one else does. I called the Meijer airport road pharmacy and Jackson Sam’s Club pharmacy and they both said they could have it in 20 min if I have an issue again and need to have it switched. The airport road Meijer even said the Mason Meijer pharmacy has a bad reputation and they pick up prescriptions off them all the time. Any other pharmacy I’ve used the prescription has always been filled before I arrive. Even some I’ve expected to wait on because there was such little time on the drive. This isn’t just since the other pharmacies locally closed, this has been for years longer. Trust me and the other reviews, don’t waste your time and go elsewhere.

I see alot of hate on here about wait times, but there's ALWAYS someone being waited on. The techs and pharmacists are working hard. Things are slowly getting better there, I've seen lots of new faces. My wait times have gotten shorter each time. I love the pharmacist Hannah and Rachel, they always go out of their way to help me! Techs are always nice. Glad I come here

I stood in front of register for 10 to 15 minutes and everybody kept walking by looking at me didn't even ask me if I needed help and people were standing staring at me still not asking for help.

Called in to see why my heart medication keeps getting delayed from Thurs, to Sat, to Mon, now weds. Guy on the phone had poor communication skills and then told me things are getting delayed because of too many phone calls and rite aid closing. Told him how very sorry I was to have crossed the line to call about my heart pills and did him a favor and hung up.
Go anywhere but here, they can't handle customers, look at the other reviews.

Worst pharmacy in mason. Go somewhere more local such as a mom and pop. Every single time I refill here it’s a total headache. Today they informed me that my son’s diabetic test strips weren’t stocked and wouldn’t be in until the 25th. Seriously? Then my doctor sent a script in for diabetic test strips for me and we get there and the tech says they haven’t put it in (4 hours later) and that we have to call for them to put it in! What!? Pretty sure it’s your job to put it in. I shouldn’t have to call you to remind you to do your job! They’re constantly disorganized and being that my son and I are both diabetic we can’t afford to wait around on supplies. I thought calling in earlier would help but it seems no matter what we do they can’t seem to get ANYTHING right! SMH!

Longest lines ever. Prescription wasn’t ready at 9am so I can back at 1pm, still nothing. They told me they would send me a text when it’s ready. They never did. Can I just have my freaking medication please

These people are idiots. 15 people working, stop in to pick up antibiotics for my 20 month old and they tell me it'll be several hours before it'll be filled. Step up! Try and give at least 20%, lazy people. If I performed like that at my job, I would be fired!
