To Whom It May Concern,
I am writing to formally express my dissatisfaction with the treatment I received while attempting to open a business checking account at your institution. The experience was not only frustrating but also deeply unprofessional and, in some respects, potentially in violation of privacy standards.
Despite having no history of bad checks or any relevant issues that should impact a business banking relationship, I was denied an account based solely on my personal credit history. This practice is both discriminatory and counterintuitive, especially for a business account where personal credit should not be the sole determining factor.
What was most upsetting, however, was the conduct of the staff member assisting me. During the application process, she publicly disclosed my past bankruptcy from 2017 in front of others within earshot. This was humiliating, degrading, and an unacceptable breach of my privacy. Sensitive financial information should be handled with discretion and professionalism, and this experience was anything but that.
I am frankly relieved that this occurred before I became a member. If this is how your institution treats potential business clients—especially with regard to confidentiality and respect—I have no interest in becoming involved.
I urge you to review your policies and staff training related to customer privacy and credit evaluation. I hope this feedback will prompt necessary changes to prevent others from experiencing similar treatment

Wonderful experience with Shanna. She was beautiful and gave me very useful information concerning my account. I am thankful for this branch and location. I’ve been a member for MANY years. Way to go MSUFCU!!!

Not sure why 3 times in 6 months I've sat at the video teller with zero acknowledgement . You have no idea if they even know your there . Why isn't there a approximate wait time timer when they are busy to let you know your in line and about how long you'll be waiting !! I've pointed this out before and they still haven't fixed this issue . This equates to poor customer service !

I've never had an issue at this location. I use the ATM frequently, been inside a couple of times. Staff are always incredible! The ATM is always quick! I've had the ATMs give me both tens and twenties, I thought it was odd at first but I've gotten used to it.

I got a scam call from what looked to be from "MSUFCU". I went to the Mason branch and was helped by a very nice young lady. She got me new credit cards and some hints on future scams if they happen.I really like the Mason branch with the exception of no quick teller options. I usually use the ATMs as I don't care for the sign in method if you go into the branch. At least not for quick deposits or withdrawals.

The new lobby setup at the Mason location is very inconvenient for the customer who is looking to run in and out quickly. There is no reason why you can't have a teller window open for withdrawal or deposits only instead of making you use that cumbersome check in procedure on the tablets. I won't be back inside until that changes.
