Quality Dairy is known for its great atmosphere and friendly, amazing staff who provide awesome, hospitable, and quick service. The employees are attentive and engage in conversation, demonstrating great teamwork. The business offers plenty of things besides sweet treats, including snacks and drinks. Their ice cream is an absolute favorite, and they are a great place for fresh donuts, rolls, and other sweet treats, with donuts that rival all others. Specifically, the cake-like donuts are still amazing. However, some customers note that the yeast donuts and rolls are not as moist as they used to be, tasting like day-old products. A comment was also made that a change in tuna fish sandwiches was a big mistake, with a request to bring the old ones back. Currently, pick-up is available at stores, with delivery service for a limited area around Lansing.
