I usually have well enough trips to this station, however more recently a newer employee, I think named Cindy? I rarely see a name tag but for the entire time she’s been there she has been telling not only me but other customers to skip the loyalty info at check out as nothing in the store actually counted towards points. I have had conversations with Lathan who has informed me of what does count. She often skips the loyalty rewards to which I cancel that transaction and go through again as I know those items do count and would like the points.

Visited today and was a rainy day. The roof structure over the gas pumps had multiple good leaks from it. Probably won't ever come back.

Just like any other shell the pump likes to play 50 questions before it starts pumping. I have to punch the grade of gas I want 5 times before the machine stops beeping and realizes I made a selection. And it takes 10-30 for the pumps to actually start pumping. Shell oil company as a whole 0/10

Absolutely terrible. You can never get a receipt at the pump and need to see cashier. Pump kept stopping and then proceeded to spot gas back out drenching me and when I told clerk no response. Take the time to go across the street to Meijer.

This is the second time I’ve used this gas station and the pumps would not work. Last time I moved to a new one and it worked. This time I moved to a new one and it ALSO WOULDNT WORK. Wasting 10 minutes at this station made me late for work!!!One across the street to Meyer and worked fine. I will never ever use the gas station again

So I pulled up to one of the pumps this afternoon to get fuel and I tried to use the fuel pump screen to hit "rewards" and I would not work, I had to get back in my truck and move to another pump. The new pump was well worn and the buttons had to be pressed firm in order to work. I will avoid this fuel station until the pumps get updated.
