Just recently purchased a new Exmark Radius S with the dial suspension seat from Superior Saw in Mason. Hands down to one of the best places to purchase from. Everyone there treated me extremely well, answered all of my questions due to them being extremely knowledgeable. I would highly recommend that if you’re in the market for the products that they sell, I’d start with them. After sales report is awesome which is huge. Thank you to everyone there for an excellent experience.

These guys are the best. Took over my ExMark service when Hutson (boooo) got out of the business. Solid annual maintenance. My mower stopped working during the first cut this year. Sam (great customer service) instantly identified my issue and walked me through the simple part replacement. Love the new store. Thanks all.

Great communication, pickup and delivery service was amazing. They even dropped it back off all cleaned off and shining (was definitely dusty when they picked it up haha) - will use again!

If you are looking for great customer service, go to Superior Saw. We purchased several mowers and the process was smooth. Being a female- I can’t tell you the number of times other dealers have provided subpar service to me. Not these guys! Professional and personable. We will be going to Superior Saw for now on.

Never been treated so poorly, was told $36 to mount my 2 lawn mower tires after buying the tires from them. Went to pick them up, was told I owed them $70.their excuse was it took them longer than they expected, they never told me about a price increase anytime talking to them during the 2 phone calls checking to see if they were ready to pick up.I would not recommend them.

Took a Stihl chainsaw to them for repair. They told me they did know how to fix it. They told me I owed them $125 for the diagnosis. Then they told me they would take my saw and $85 for the diagnosis. I just walked away without paying. They can have my saw. Told them to sue me.
