  I came in today during my lunch. Sat patiently for 15 minutes while they finished up with a customer. Older lady comes in, she walks right up and the employee points at me and says”he was here first but what are you here for” she starts ranting about her bill. Didn’t even ask what I was there for. Just skipped me and started helping her. Was prepared to upgrade and purchase accessories. I’ll go to another Verizon

  Today I came in to have my tablet fixed, and had great help from Jose. He did a great job and was very pleasant. He is a fantastic employee and needs to be highly commended!!!

  It’s very unfortunate. I have to leave this poor review. It seems like much more of an inconvenience to help me with my business account and adding a new phone and line after asking multiple times to speak with somebody on the business side of Verizon. I was simply told that I needed to pretty much figure it out myself, so unfortunately, I have to drive to another location. Hopefully, they would be willing to work with me and do their job.

  I'll just put this short and sweet I've lived in Mason my entire life I've dealt with Verizon for a carrier for over half of my life (50). Every time I walk in the store I get nothing but smiles and helpful attitudes and I have not one complaint these people at this location have the attitude of a person that grew up in this small town I greatly appreciate YOU ALL.
