Change my veterinarian from Oakwood to Family Pet as Oakwood did not carry or use Zoetis products ( I am a Zoetis employee and want to use our products). When I took our new beagle puppy in, Dr. Applegate spent a good bit of time talking to me. Glad I changed as Our dogs have become family members and deserve the best care. Oakwood is good but a more traditional clinic.

I have searched for a personal, nurturing, and loving Vet and am so happy I found it! Dr. Kathy and her staff were incredible. They showed my dog Charlie patience, thoroughness and never rushed. I finally feel like we have a wonderful Vet!

I've had a fear of bringing my pets to the vet due to poor treatment at previous places. I cannot stress this enough, I was honestly terrified. Thankfully this was not the case here. They were calming, professional, upfront and reasonable with their pricing, explained everything in detail, and have financing for the more expensive services. The vet was incredibly thorough, and even took the time to get opinions from other professionals. The quality of care my dogs received was exemplary, even during the chaotic time of the pandemic. I'm so thankful this place was recommended to me, my mind is at ease when I take my dogs here. My only wish is that I could take all my four legged friends here, but understandably not all vets see small and exotic animals.

Dr Kathy is fantastic as a vet and a person. She has helped us (and me especially) through the passing of two of our dogs and now caring for Tippy, who loves her. We drive past another vet clinic on the way to see her and will do so for a long time !

This vet has saved my fur baby! They worked tirelessly on her surgery then in getting her in when there was an abscess and she had a fever. When her health was on the line, they did everything they could to keep getting her in to be seen to monitor her progress. Their pricing is very fair and the doctors all worked together to bring her back to good health. I live a county away but will continue to drive to be seen by them because they truly do treat my baby like family!

Honestly a really nice private business to come to. The customer service was excellent on the phone and in person. I will come here again and actually consider being a regular customer. They are so helpful with all the question I asked about my dog food. I highly recommend coming to this location!
