I’ll keep this as short and to the point so in essence. My wife’s car wouldn’t start and we initially had a mobile mechanic come out. His first thought was the starter was bad and it was replaced but didn’t fix the problem. Then found wire damage and tried to fix that nothing.
Next we are referred to Spikes. They got our vehicle running which was great. After a day or two of getting it back it started smoking. I called back to let them know what was happening, and only asked if they could take a look at it since they were the last ones to touch our vehicle. Response in a nutshell was: that wasn’t because of me that was the mobile mechanics fault (without ever looking at the vehicle again) and the solution was to get in line and wait two weeks and get a diagnosis.
If I knew there wouldn’t be any willingness to look at the work they did after the fact ( because apparently spikes work is perfectly flawless 100% of the time every time) I wouldn’t have EVERRRR had them do the work or take my money.

This was by far the worst experience I have ever had working with a car mechanic. I took my car in because I was having starting issues. He said it seemed like a battery issues and should be an easy fix, they took my car into the lot and didn’t give me any other information. I called a few hrs later to check on the status, and I got cussed out over the phone! It caught me very off guard so I went in to find out what was going on and I got cussed out in person over nonsense! I was just checking what was going on and he accused me of being rude and pushing my service before others. He then proceeded to tell me to get myself and car off his property. I couldn’t do so because my car was dead after he moved it in his lot. To be honest, it was pretty scary dealing with this person as a woman when he was talking so aggressively towards me. I don’t know why I wasn’t told they were too busy to take my car when I dropped. Never go there.

The owner of this business is kind and helpful. When I went there too clean up my car after an accident His shop and he and his guys, we're busy as all heck with a shop full of vehicles to repair. Apparently they do good work.

I've been using these guys for years and they always do a great job. I just had them put some new tires on my work truck and the ride is great! Never pushy and they take care of their customers.

Highly recommend! Locked my keys in the car about 45min away from home and called Spikes as they came recommended from a family member and our AAA was not accommodating. Jake mentioned he could be out in the next 45min but made it in 20min before dark and when it started to get colder. Mentioned that he just got back from vacation, so was super impressed and appreciated him taking the time to come help this mom with severe mom brain out. Thanks for being willing after just getting home from a vacay with your family to get me back home safely to mine!

Very disappointed with my recent experience brought in my 2010 Subaru Outback for a diagnosis as it was over heating and leaking coolant first off they quoted me $600 and claimed the part was $200 I purchased a brand new radiator from maple hill Subaru for $130 anyways I payed them $60 to tell me my radiator was cracked so I brought the car back home pulled the radiator to find no crack nor any issues with it and replaced it with a brand new one thinking maybe they pressure tested it and could see something I couldn’t started the car it still over heated turns out it’s the water pump wouldn’t recommend. Update after leaving my review the owner calls me up to pick a fight and call me broke very professional.
