Shocked at how terrible of an experience I had here. Total scam, Called prior and was told it was $29.99 to rent a truck for the day.
Got there and the owner told me there would be a $69 estimate with gas but I would not be charged until I return the truck.
The second I left the business I was charged.
I went back in and owner claimed they didn't charge me until I showed him my bank and then He replied well do you want me to cancel it?
Extremely unprofessional and unethical to lie to customers about being charged and to be rude is completely unacceptable.
Would not recommend this place to anyone! Surprised he can legally do this to people.
