Constantly misdelivering mail to wrong addresses. Mailbox has been empty for 2 weeks but they are claiming it is too full to take any more mail and refuses to deliver a package

Just watched a USPS driver drive up on our driveway to toss out an Amazon package by garage and instead of backing down driveway, they decided to crank the wheel leaving a large tire mark on our new concrete, then going into our yard and back on driveway. Drunk or just inconsiderate? Then FedEx comes right after, parks at street and brings package up to door like a professional. Imagine that. Thanks a lot USPS..

Had good luck shipping wise, but hours are very unclear for holidays and days after holidays, says open on the status when it's actually closed, might wanna update the status daily

Mail lady has a license? Twice this past week she runs the stop sign coming out of the farm near the middle school. Today she had the nerve to honk? Running stop signs during busy school drop off times is unacceptable. Following up with the school also. Will you wait until someone gets injured?

Just watched the postal worker put a “sorry we missed you” slip in my mailbox for a package that needs my signature. Never even came and knocked on my door. I’ve been waiting for that package for over 2 months. Then I call 16 times between 11:06 and 11:47. They are open til 12. No one will answer the phone. People amaze me....

Horrible costumer service!! The ladies working there apparently hate their jobs very much and want to take it on the costumers. Never will I go there EVER!!

Customer service here could be better. It seems like mailing a letter or package from this location seems to be a bother.The last couple of times in here, I wasn’t greeted and the woman at the counter seemed as though she did not want to be bothered. I could understand if it was the holidays but this was just a regular day in fall.No personality or kind greeting, not even a “Hello, how are you today”. Just miserable. I think I’ll head over to Oshtemo township to mail my packages from now on. They don’t slam your packages on the counter there and they are quite friendly. Very rude.

I went into the post office during normal business hours(4pm) knowing that they close at 4:30pm. I realized the door was locked; however made contact with an employee outside.
She told me the business actually closed at 3pm, although there was no signs or any sort of “heads up” that they were closing early.
This in itself was extremely annoying, because I left work early just to make it in time. I’ve been trying to pick up a package there for about a week now, but they continue to close for the weather.
I find myself liking some of the helpful employees, but there are some that couldn’t care less about customer service.
Last but not least, the hours are terrible for people who work.
Very annoyed and such an inconvenience to go to this location.

I showed up at 11:55 they close at 12 and the lady just locked up and ignored us
