Had a furnace and a/c installed by Derek and Jordan. Our old unit gave up the ghost and J&K had us fixed up surprising quick. Derek and Jordan were courteous and pleasant and left my basement clean. I appreciate the work you did and also to Chris for overseeing the job.
I highly recommend J&K to anyone who is in the market for new heating equipment. 💯👍

Kevin and Roman came out to install furnace. They were courteous, respectful, did an amazing job answered all my questions. I would recommend them to install if you ever need it. Andrew was here to fix my furnace in a timely manner. He keeped me informed about what was wrong with my furnace and what he needed to do to fix it. Andrew was very friendly and professional. He went far and beyond to get the job done
Even went as far as going back to Monroe to their shop to see if they had the part Needed to fix the furnace. Considering it is frigid cold out I was so grateful he could fix my furnace.

I called J&K at 11:59 PM the night before Thanksgiving with our furnace not turning on and a party planned for the holiday. I had exhausted my very limited diagnostic skills and couldn't continue without professional help. THANKfully Kevin was on call! He was finishing up another job but was able to make it over in about an hour from the time I called.
My American Standard was giving the code for pressure switch. Kevin did all the necessary tests and found that there was debris blocking the air intake. The furnace ran perfectly after he was done and no parts needed! Very thankful for Kevin doing this great job on Thanksgiving and saving our family party!
J&K, give Kevin from Mississippi a raise!

Heat stopped working in the middle of the night... Placed a call Sunday morning, and everything was fixed by noon! Kevin did a great job! He was courteous, professional, knowledgeable. Overall, great experience! Thanks for the great customer service!
