Great company, I had them install a new tankless hot water system . Ive used them for a new furnace and ac in the past. As usual they were professional from start to finish..from Chris reviewing and quoting the job to Phil arriving early and being extremely professional and courteous..Job well done guys..I would highly reccomend.

We would wholeheartedly recommend J&K! Danny? and Zach? were here promptly in the morning, worked diligently and respectfully throughout the day to install our Furnace and AC. Even dealing with our request for a specific thermostat, and the crisis that developed from that (thanks Justin!?).The whole experience from Chris in sales, and even the owners (Kyle and Keith) making house calls to help us through the death of our old system. Very quick to get out to give an estimate. Gave a good price for a quality furnace. Showed up when they said they would and finished in a timely manner. Zach and Jordan were professional and friendly. Very happy with the entire process from estimate through installation!

The team at J&K Heating & Cooling did an outstanding job the a full cooling system replacement for one of my storage areas. This involved an upgrade to a more efficient system that they found and recommended. Once the quote was approved the team got things ordered and scheduled quickly. Once the parts came in the install team showed up and were great to deal with. I was very impressed with Justin ?, Billy ?, Jake ? and Zach ?. These guys did a top notch job overall!! I also have to note that this company has been maintaining my house and barn HVAC systems for many years. A big props to Johnny ? for the great work he’s done. First time using J&K heating and cooling and the customer service was amazing and I got appt the next day to come look at my air handler. We were looking for a new furnace and A/C during a switch from fuel oil to natural gas and after we spoke with Chris, we had a good feeling and were comfortable in going with J & K. Michigan Gas Utilities took a while to get installed but Sarah (also at J & K in the offices) was keeping up on us the whole time and was very patient for a window for install. When the day came, Chris, Jake and Billy all showed up to make sure things ran smoothly for the two day install. The other crew who helped with the electrical and other assorted projects were also exemplary. When it was all done, Jake and Billy walked us through everything. Truly outstanding employees and services, clean work areas, quiet (not a requirement), clear communication on what had been achieved each day, made this an amazing experience. Would definitely recommend again! Many thanks!
