NOT GOOD!!
Well I was Quoted $400 for the service and 1 hour check out time. When I got there the bill was $900 and was told I had to take it somewhere else to get fixed.
So I’ve tried to call the owner and what I get is that he is UNAVAILABLE!!!!!!!

July 2023 I purchased a new doosan dx140lcr excavator from ellins.may 2024 Started having issues with the machine starting to bounce and was really hard to operate for more than a few hours at a time. UNFORTUNATELY this excavator is used for my business. Now it’s been 6 months waiting for this magic part that is going to fix it BUT it’s on back order till January 2025 mind you this is September 2024 and the excavator was at the shop for 2 weeks and nothing got fixed so we got it back and was told use it as little as we can till the kit comes in.Doosan service rep was out and said yes we have a problem. Well kit came in and yes January so got the excavator to the shop to install and back to work right NOPE the excavator is still there going on 7weeks nobody has any idea how or what to fix not even the manufacture Doosan has been horrible to deal with. Have asked for some similar to use till mine was fixed and then asked again and they say we don’t have any wow I have bought a new excavator and loader for this place it two months and this is the customer service you get when doing business with this company.

My husband has an old roto tiller for his tractor and some of the tines broke. They looked for the part and were able to find it and order it. He needed a couple more months later and they again ordered them. They are very knowledgeable and so helpful and friendly. The parts came quickly. I would highly recommend them.
