I'm very displeased with the experience I had at this location. I arrived here at 8:58 p.m., and supposedly the hours were 9:00 for closing. My car was dangerously low with the tire pressure and all I had were dollar bills, and needed quarters to put air in my tire. I kindly asked the lady working in the store if she could please exchange for quarters for my dollar. She looked at me with disgust, and told me no, they are closed. I explained to her my situation in which I would need to get a tow truck to have my vehicle taken from the property without those quarters, and she still did not care. It's disgusting to me the lack of compassion for one, also the fact that this woman has the audacity to lock the doors prior to their posted closing time. I would not recommend ever coming here, apparently this lady has forgotten what it's like to live up north. I would expect this kind of thing from some people in Grand rapids, but not with the hospitality I expect from the people of McBain.
