“Realizing I had a tire going flat. I stopped and got some air real quick at A gas station, well I seen Fenwick's right next door and gave him a call. They got me right in and fixed my tire in 15 minutes thanks guys that was awesome!Oh but wait! They also put my car up on the lift to check this rattle I asked them about. Turns out I need some new sway bars. So there working up A estimate. To get it fixed here soon.And they even have A cash over card discount!”

I never have to worry about dealing with that at Napa in Vicksburg though! The staff is always willing to help as much as they can and they manage to do so with a friendly attitude. They helped make sure I had everything I needed without realizing how much it meant to me today, they didn't know I had already been stranded without heat in -3° temperatures for a few hours before I walked in. A certain auto store in Portage should take lessons from this Napa team, kindness goes a long way.”
